Community

Classes are typically hatha or vinyasa flows.

I am honoured to hold this space. Friendships have blossomed, babies born, people came and went. We meet weekly not just for a “yoga class” but to come together as a community.

When Covid hit, I was working a stressful corporate job from home and living by myself. Flowing together was a perfect way to get to know my neighbours while engaging in a positive activity.

If you’re in the Downtown Dubai area, join us Tuesdays 7-8am. 

Corporate

These classes are for busy professionals. 

Depending on the specifics of each particular group, classes range from beginner level hatha flows to dynamic sweaty classes to gentle mindful classes.

Having first hand experience of the corporate lifestyle, students typically appreciate a straight to the point class which starts off with centering and grounding, releasing stress from wrists, neck, shoulders, back and hips using movement ending with either a short meditation or just silence to rest in savasana.

Studio Classes

  • 7.30am – Sunrise Flow (hatha/vinyasa style)
  • 9-10am – Mindful Flow
    (gentle trauma-informed style)

Sunrise Flow

 

Begin your day with an energizing practice designed to awaken your body, mind and spirit. 

This Vinyasa style class has options for each level. 

No matter where you are in your practice you will be able to work on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. 

With the perfect balance of effort and ease, allow this class to set you up for a calm and centered day ahead.

Mindful Flow

Gentle movement, breathing and mindfulness when combined, is scientifically proven to rebalance the nervous system and rewire the brain.

This gentle intentional class allows you to practice stepping into the present moment fully with awareness, compassion and non-judgement in a safe nurturing space. Cultivating awareness of the present moment helps release trauma and alleviate stress.

Private & Zoom

 

Private classes are best for those who require focused attention.

The style of class will be tailored purely to the individual’s needs. 

Depending on availability and location, classes may be in person or via Zoom.
